Quividi - Know your audience

How much do you know about your potential customers…

What is Quividi?

You may or may not know how many visitors you get, and maybe you know how many buy from you, but do you really know your customers?

Here at Intrepid, we are able to help you learn so much more about the visitors to your premises. Using intelligent sensors we can tell you age, gender and other demographics. All data is anonymised and GDPR compliant.

We can also tell you how many people looked at a display, a screen or any merchandise. How long they looked at it, or even just how many people walked passed it.

Every display is vying for your attention, and advertisers need to make sure their message has been seen. Quividi is an automated audience measuring program, detecting viewers by age and gender to provide instantaneous and continuous audience data analysis for immediate use. It is the only Anonymous Video Analytics technology with a ten year track record across thousands of points, across iOT devices, servers, with most available video sensors and under the most widely used operating systems.

It can be integrated within any Intrepid EAS system, or installed as a standalone application most commonly with digital screens, using standard video sensors.

Quividi uses image processing technology to count actual viewers and overall opportunities to see, (OTS) while accurately measuring attention times and dwell times. The software accurately estimates the gender and age, facial features (such as beard or glasses), as well as the mood of the watcher to measure the distributions of your audience.

Data can also be used to create an effective digital signage campaign, proving real time data to your advertising prospects, as well as specific advert targeting. Quividi can be deployed in retail stores, shopping centres, agencies, boutiques, transportation hubs, restaurants and museums.

The system can be customized to produce a wide range of data for Retail operations, merchandising and PR including:

Age and gender detection.

  • Dwell time.

  • Attention time.

  • Glances.

  • Conversion ratios.

  • Merchandising effectiveness.

  • Scene analysis.

  • Gate crossing (footfall).
