Noel Verbruggen
CEO & FOUNDER
Noel founded Intrepid in the shed at the bottom of his garden in 1993, having previously worked in the EAS industry since the late 1970’s. Protecting the integrity and value of the Intrepid brand is his primary goal and is keen to network and research new products and solutions to enhance Intrepid’s solution-based offerings.

Robert Coyle
ADVISOR TO THE BOARD
Robert acts as Advisor to the Board, providing guidance on a broad range of issues and opportunities. He brings with him unrivalled knowledge and experience of corporate affairs, having worked for nearly 40 years in the accountancy sector. During his career he has held senior positions at both PwC and KPMG as well as working for and advising firms who focus on the SME market.

Rose Hoyle
EXTERNAL FINANCE MANAGER
Rose has been with Intrepid for 6 years, having worked for companies including Reed Publications & Watson Wyatt Pensions, as both Management and Company Accountant.

Paul Newbury
GENERAL MANAGER
Paul started his career at John Lewis, working across several branches, including a Steering Group position of Finance Manager.
Paul is responsible for the day-to-day commercial and operational activities at Intrepid reporting to the CEO.

Tom Massey
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Tom started at Intrepid in 2004, and so celebrates 20 years this year with the company. He has been a field engineer carrying out installations, service, and maintenance for most of his career. His background, knowledge and understanding of the work involved has given him the skills and experience to now be running the Operations Department.

SENIOR FIELD ENGINEER
Martin has been with Intrepid for over 20 years, having covered several roles.
Martin is field based and is one of the senior engineers, carrying out installations, service and maintenance.

Sam has been with Intrepid for over 10 years, having worked for several other security installers in similar roles.

PROJECT CONSULTANT
Former Head of Audit and LP at Mothercare, Adams Kids, The White Company to name a few. Colin joined Intrepid 4 years ago, bringing a wealth of experience, supporting and advising the business around retail loss prevention practices; facilitating strategic decision making.
