Intrepid Security Ltd is the owner of all the information collected through its website. Intrepid Security does not and will not sell or release the information it collects to any third party.

Consultants and loyal customers who subscribe or register with Intrepid Security Ltd will be requested to provide personal information including an email address. The information provided is used purely for information requested from Intrepid Security in accordance with the rules and regulation of the Consultants Agreement forms and the Customer Registration forms.

Intrepid Security Ltd (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

Other examples include racial and ethnic origin, sexual orientation, health data, trade union membership, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.

Processing  means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Third party – means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data.

  • Personal data including Name, Address, Telephone Number(s), Email Address and Correspondence History.

  • Special categories of data Payment Records.

We have obtained your personal data from direct communication with yourself.

Our lawful basis for processing your general personal data:

Legitimate Interests - Our company/organisation has a legitimate interest e.g. within a client relationship, for direct marketing purposes, or to prevent fraud or to ensure the network and information security of our IT systems.

You have requested to be included in correspondence through our website, email or trade show.

Processing necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject or to take steps to enter into a contract - Sales order processing.
