Intrepid has the experience and expertise to service and maintain most makes of EAS and CCTV systems and we can also look after your access control systems. We offer a number odf service packages, based on a site survey and the age and type of equipment that can be specifically tailored to suit. A standard annual maintainence agreement is fully inclusive of labour and parts and with some systems we also include an annual health check. Alternatively, we can service and maintain your system on a call out basis on an agreed hourly rate. 75% of all service calls are corrected within 48 hours. 
Intrepid opperates within a dtailed price policy: there are no obscure charges. All service histories are computorised, allowing us to keep track of any potential problem areas and advise our clients how to maintain the maximuum levels of deterrent from a system.
Intrepid can offer objective advice on all aspects of the systems we supply or by reviewing your existing installation. We are true to the adage that ....'if it 'aint broke, don't fix it' To prove our point, we continue to service systems installed over 20 years ago - although, it is true, these are few and far between!
