The USB RAT has been designed to prevent the unauthorized removal of electronic devices that are fitted with a USB port. The rectangular sensor unit is attached by removing the backing from the self adhesive pad and fixing to a clean adjacent surface. The USB connector is fitted to the device being protected and the sensor is armed by pressing the plunger. If the sensor or wire is removed or damaged, the sensor will emit an audible alarm. The alarm can only be reset by removing the sensor and resetting the device with the reset tool. Spare adhesive pads are available separately |
