Description
Knowledge of warehouse 'pick and pack' useful not essential as small part of job undertaking. The ideal candidate will have common sense, be practically minded - we build, test and repair a variety of equipment.

Must be well presented.
Organised, a good communicator, excellent telephone manner, legible hand wiring and excellent inter-personal skills. Must be tool efficient, capable and have a DIY Skill set 
Experience in application such as word and Outlook a bonus but not essential. Training will be given on in house system.
Must be self motivated, able to work unsupervised for long periods, have good time management and prioritise work load accordingly.
Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills.
Some heavy lifting involved.
Must be flexible to work late or early when required.

Clean Driving License is essential.

Position 2. Role: Technician (based within M25 area)
Intrepid would like to recruit an experienced field based Installation and Service Engineer. You will be knowledgeable with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude, who takes pride in the detail and quality of their work.

To maintain and install a wide range of retail based security products.

Customer training

Skill Requirements
Experience within a field based service role is essential and references should be made available to support this. Additionally, Experience with access control, CCTV and EAS systems would be a distinct advantage , although full in house product training will be provided for the right candidate.

Clean driving license.
 

Competences
Excellent Interpersonal and Communications skills

Must be tool efficient, Cable and DIY Skill set 

Must be self motivated and disciplined whilst able to have flexible working practices.

Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, be confident with customer facing, be proactive, well organised and time efficient.
