H&L Motors, a busy coachworks and car servicing centre in Twickenham , recently ran a pilot on the innovative Quail Digital communications system. Quail Digital's outstanding performance was used, not only as an alternative to standard radios, but also where H&L have not used wireless communications in the past

Employed in the Reception area each member of the customer service team was equipped with Quail Digital’s lightweight headset. Unlike normal radios Quail Digital allows for full two way communications between all headsets at all times, it was employed to allow the Customer service team to stay in contact with each other at all times and also to facilitate communications between the Customer service team and the Service department team based in another part of the s

   Additionally we found the ability for two-way conversation between all users to be invaluable in monitoring how staff spoke to and generally dealt with our customers and as a direct result we have organised staff training centred on improving customer communications and service.”
