Intrepid Security's library division has installed three Scout hybrid EM/RFID book self- issue units at Croydon College. 

The Scout units form part of the security for  the library's books and other media whilst at the same time speeding up the checkout process by negating the need to involve the library staff. Students and staff interact with the the Scout units  and Patron  via an intuitive touch screen 15'' display monitor which provides animated instructions.
